Custom Design of Temperature Sensors

There are many industrial processes that require measuring temperature with a suitable temperature probe (sensor). Therefore, the requirements for the design of temperature probes are often very diverse and the standard design of the temperature probe may not always fully meet them. In this case, it is necessary to make a custom-made sensor.

Is the standard design of the temperature probe not suitable?

In such cases, we offer our customers the service of modifying temperature sensors (temperature probes, thermocouples, RTD Pt100, etc.) including custom-made accessories to fully suit their application. Upon agreement, we are also able to deliver customer designs in large volumes, for which we can also offer interesting prices.

Custom Thermocouples

In some situations, it is more economical to not change the entire temperature sensor, but only repair its damaged part. Therefore, we also perform repairs of thermocouples, RTD Pt100 and other temperature sensors, both of our own production and, if technically possible, from other manufacturers. We will test the repaired temperature sensor in our accredited calibration laboratory. If necessary, we will calibrate it and issue a calibration certificate according to the customer’s requirements.
