4-20 mA and 0-10 V signal converter to IO-Link data - Input type: 4-20 mA
The IF-IOL Series IO-Link Converter provides a reliable and efficient way to integrate analog signals into modern digital control systems. Designed to convert standard 4–20 mA current or 0–10 V voltage inputs into IO-Link process data, this compact device makes it easy to connect legacy analog sensors to IO-Link masters without additional hardware or complex wiring. Its rugged over-molded construction meets IP68 environmental ratings, ensuring dependable performance in demanding industrial environments where dust, moisture, and vibration are present.
Engineered for simple in-line installation, the IF-IOL Series features integral M12 Euro-style quick-disconnect connectors that allow the converter to be mounted directly onto a sensor or placed anywhere in the signal loop. With high-resolution 13-/14-bit accuracy and ±0.5% measurement precision, it delivers dependable and consistent signal conversion, critical for process monitoring and control.
For ease of operation, the converter includes clear LED status indicators for power, IO-Link communication, and analog signal activity, helping operators quickly confirm system performance at a glance. It also meets IEC vibration and mechanical shock requirements, making it suitable for harsh manufacturing, automation, and outdoor applications.
The IF-IOL Series is available in two models: the IF-IOL-001 for current signals (4–20 mA) and the IF-IOL-002 for voltage signals (0–10 V), giving engineers flexibility to match their application needs. With a wide operating temperature range of –40 °C to +70 °C and robust protection against reverse polarity and transient voltages, the IF-IOL Series is built to deliver long-lasting performance in industrial automation systems.

What is a Signal Conditioner?
A signal conditioner is a device that converts one type of electronic signal into a another type of signal. Its primary use is to convert a signal that may be difficult to read by conventional instrumentation into a more easily read format. In performing this conversion a number of functions may take place.
Signal conditioning is a vital process performed within the Data Acquisition System. It involves the manipulation of the analog signal output from the sensors to prepare it for the next stage of processing. Signal conditioning amplifies and converts the signals from the sensors or...
